Commands: Mayor

The below commands are available for Mayors to use

//fast	Toggle fast mode
//limit	Modify block change limit
//distr	Get the distribution of blocks in the selection
//count	Counts the number of a certain type of block
//removenear	Remove blocks near you.
//replacenear	Replace nearby blocks
/rg create [region name] [owner]	Be able to use /rg define.
/rg list	List all regions
/rg redefine [region]	Redefines region to the current selection
/rg remove [region]	Removes the region specified
/rg setpriority [region] [#]	Sets the priority of the region specified. Higher #'s are higher in priority
/rg setparent [child] [parent]	Sets a parent / child relationship between regions
/rg sel [name]	Selects a rection. If no name is specified, defaults to the region you're standing in
/rg addmember [region] [username]	Adds the specified user to the region as a member
/rg addowner [region] [username]	Adds the specified user to the region as an owner
/rg removemember [region] [username]	Removes the specified user from the region
/rg removeowner [region] [username]	Removes the specified user from the region
/rg flag [region] [flag] [state]	Sets a region flag
/mv help	Allow users to use /mv help
/mv who	Lists users per world
/mv list	List available worlds
/mv spawn [username]	sends user to the worlds spawnpoint
/mv setspawn	sets the world spawn point
/sb	Summon an unsafe liquid bucket.
/sb flowsel	Flows liquids within the selected area
/ban [player]	Bans a player from the server.
/banlist	Shows the banned players.
/difficulty [level]	Changes the difficulty of the server.
/effect [player] [effect id] [seconds] [amplifier]	Adds the specified effect to a player for the duration of 30 seconds or as specified by the user.
/enchant [user] [enchantment ID] [level] [force]	Enchants the item in the user's hand. If force is false, the enchantment only applies if it can go on the item and does not conflict with any existing enchantments.
/gamerule [rule] [new value]	Changes the rules of the server. Type /gamerule to see a list of all game rules.
/give [player] [name] [amount] [damage] [data tag]	Gives player blocks/items with the item name name. amount is is how many of the block/item to give (Default: 1). damage is the damage value of the block/item (Default: 0). data tag is the NBT tag to add.Data ValuesItem structure
/kick [player] [reason]	Removes a player from the server.
/pardon [player]	Pardons a banned player so that they can connect again.
/seed	Outputs the world seed.
/summon [EntityName] [x] [y] [z] [dataTag]	Summons an entity (mobs, projectiles, items, vehicles, etc.). Entity format
/toggledownfall	Turn on or off rain/snow in the current world.
/whitelist on/off	Enable or disable whitelisting (i.e. only listed players may join)
/whitelist add/remove [player]	Add or remove player from the whitelist.
/whitelist list	Lists whitelist.
/whitelist reload	Reloads whitelist from file
/xp [player] [amount]	Gives the specified player a certain amount of experience. If 'l' is appended to the amount, it gives levels instead of points.
/ban [player] [reason]	Bans a player.
/banip [address]	Bans an IP address.
/banip [address]	Bans an IP address.
/broadcast [msg]	Broadcasts a message to the entire server.
/broadcastworld	Broadcasts a message to a world.
/customtext Define in bukkit.yml	Allows you to create custom text commands.
/delhome [player:]	Removes a home.
/delwarp [warp]	Deletes the specified warp.
/essentials	Reloads essentials.
/gc [all]	Reports memory, uptime and tick info.
/invsee [player]	See the inventory of other players.
/kick [player] [reason]	Kicks a specified player with a reason.
/kickall [reason]	Kicks all players off the server except the issuer.
/list [group]	List all online players.
/mail [read|clear|send [to] [message]|sendall	Manages inter-player, intra-server mail.
/msg [to] [message]	Sends a private message to the specified player.
/msgtoggle [player] [on|off]	Blocks receiving all private messages.
/mute [player] [datediff]	Mutes or unmutes a player.
/near [playername] [radius]	Lists the players near by or around a player.
/nick [player]	Change your nickname or that of another player.
/ptime [list|reset|day|night|dawn|17:30|4pm|40	Adjust player's client time. Add @ prefix to fix.
/setwarp [warp]	Creates a new warp.
/tempban [playername]	Temporary ban a user.
/tptoggle [player] [on|off]	Blocks all forms of teleportation.
/unban [player]	Unbans the specified player.
/unbanip [address]	Unbans the specified IP address.
/warp [pagenumber|warp] [player]	List all warps or warp to the specified location.
/weather [storm/sun] [duration]	Sets the weather.
